We first talked at some length about Zilla's routine, not just about her walks but about the details of her walks: Which side does she walk on? Is she afraid of anything? Do you put her in a sit at crosswalks? Do you want her in a heel or just in a free walk?
Their attention to detail in every aspect was amazing! They really went the extra mile, from cleaning up Zilla's occasional accident, to making sure she had a fresh potty pad, even leaving notes for me on the details of her walks.
Additionally, they were entrusted with the keys to my home, something I take very seriously. The door was always locked when I returned, and everything as I left it. That kind of peace of mind is hard to find these days.
