How do you set up care for your pets?

1. To set up care for your pet(s) please call or send us a message about your individual needs.  We would like to know what kind of service you anticipate needing, during what dates and at what approximate times of the day.
2. Next, we respond to you by discussing you and your pets' needs to be certain we can provide the service you want.
3. When we determine that our services are a good "fit" for your pets, we set up a convenient time to come to your home and meet you and your pets.  Seeing and hearing all the individual details of how you expect us to care for your pets is very important!  This visit is at no charge.
4. At this point we work together to put your request for services in writing to be clear about your expectations and our services.
5. Two sets of keys make certain that we have guaranteed access to provide awesome care for your pets!
6. Respectfully, we request 1/2 of the agreed upon costs prior to service and 1/2 at the end of our services.  For your convenience we will leave an already addressed and stamped envelope for you to send us any balance that is due.
7. Always, we use customer input to continually improve our services, keeping you and your pets as happy as possible!
